Trekking Area:
This trekking trip will be operated in areas of Chiang Dao and Prao, in the upper North and Northeast of Chiang Mai. It's the less visited trekking area where we will be pleased to offer to those tourists interesting to touch the real life of Hilltribes in Thailand.
The first day, we will travel by a pick-up truck to Chiang Dao & Prao with short visits to some interesting places, such as the Young Elephant Training Center for watching elephant show; Chiang Dao Market, where we will buy some food to cook while trekking in remote hilltribe villages.好bsp; We will be traveling by a pick-up truck until reaching Lahu Pang Tong Villag e. 好bsp; After that we will make an appointment with our driver to pick us up on the third day, and let him drives back home.好bsp; On this trip we will visit total 5 hilltribe groups - Lahu, Karen, Lisu, Akha, and Palong.好bsp; It's a real great experience!
We will start trekking from Lahu Pang Tong Village on the first day, and visit some hilltribes on the way and stay overnight in Karen village on the first day and Palong village on the second day. And on the third day, after finishing the trek, we will meet our driver on the main road, and the driver will drive us to a bamboo rafting camp and let us have some fun on a bamboo rafting trip after 2-3 days
trekking. We will end the trip in the town of Chiang Mai with happiness.
Itinerary:
Day1: Chiang Mai - Chiang Dao - Prao - Lahu Villag e - Karen Village (L,D)
08.00 Pick up at hotel in Chiang Mai or Chiang Mai Airpor t. Travel to Chiang Dao. Visit Chiang Dao Young Elephant Training Center , observe interesting elephant
show. Then travel to Chiang Dao Market, buy some food for cooking while staying in hittribe villages.好bsp; After that travel to a local food shop for lunch. After lunch, travel to visit Lahu Hilltribe Pang Tong Village.
14.00 From Lahu village, we trek to Karen Village (about 2.30 = 3 hrs.). On arrival in Karen Village ,visit Karen Hilltribes and take leisure. Our guide will cook food to us.
Dinner and homestay in Karen Village .

Day2: Karen Village - 2 Palong Villages (B,L,D)
09.00 After breakfast, trek for a half an hour to Akha Huay E-Go Village , passing Lisu village with short visit to observe their way of living. We will take an elephant riding for 2 hours from this Akha village to Palong Pang Ho Village.好bsp; Chat with them, take leisure and lunch in this village.好bsp; After lunch, continue trekking about 2.30 hrs. to another Palong Pang Daeng.好bsp; Wander to visit them while our guide cooking dinner. After dinner there will be a cross cultural exchange program.好bsp; Palong People will show us a Palong performance and play games with our group, while our group will tell them about country & people & show them a performance in exchange.

Day 3: Day 3 Palong Village - Chiang Mai (B,L)
09.00 After breakfast, we will trek 1.30 hrs out of the village to the main road where a pick-up truck driver waiting. After that travel by truck to the bamboo rafting camp, and enjoy an exciting bamboo rafting for 1.30hours.好bsp; Then return to the town of Chiang Mai , drop off at your hotel. End of service.
