Khao Tao was the first reservoir in Thailand , developed as a Royal Project. It is a tiny seaside village for those seeking a peaceful weekend experience and the hospitality of Thai fishing village life.

The village is about three hours drive from Bangkok . We will stop for a break at Khao Yoi, which is famous for Thai food. About 30 minutes further we reach Phra Nakorn Kiri Historical Park in Petchburi. It was built by King Mongkut (King Rama IV) as his Summer Palace and is located on the top of three small hills known as Khao Wang. We will take the cable car to the top of the hill and walk around the palace grounds.

We will continue to Khao Tao, to a simple house by the sea. It has not yet been discovered! What is so special about it? The Home-stay in Khao Tao fishermen's village is the best way to experience Thai hospitality. It is a small community where Thai locals live. It is a combination of local nature and culture. You will see and understand the landscape and share peoples way of living in south central of Thailand .¦nbsp; Come and enjoy the unique experiences, the sun and the sandy beaches. You will also have the opportunity to share local cuisine and visit some interesting local places.

Itinery:

a.m. Pick up from Bangkok to Khao Tao Fishermen Village , Hua Hin. There will be a refreshment stop and a stop in Petchburi to visit the Summer Palace on the top of the hill where King Rama IV stayed a century ago.

Your hosts will prepare dinner in their home. Early in the evening we will take a boat trip into the sea to catch fish, squid and shellfish. Overnight (homestay) in the village.

Day 2 Village Life (B,L) )

a,m, Early morning, we will join the host to offer food to the monks who walk to the village to let people make merit. After breakfast, we will watch the locals producing shrimp paste and dried seafood. We can also visit a pineapple plantation and a lively fishing village market nearby. Then good bye to your host & children and return to Bangkok .

The price includes :
1night homestay, 4 meals ( 1B, 2L, 1D ), visits & excursion by a private air-cond. van, admission fee , all activities mentioned in the program-village tour, boat trip, an English speaking guide & local guide, travel insurance: (1 million baht / person), donation to people's organization

The price excludes :drinks, personal expense, Vat 7%
